Parents, join us for a half day of learning how to advocate for your children and make change. 

You’ll learn how to:
     - Reach or write to a public official
     - Identify action steps necessary in advocating for your family’s needs 
     - Take action at a committee hearing
     - Sign in for or against a bill 
 
     AND, learn about our state’s history and responsibility of our government.
 

Timeline:

8:15-8:45 am ............ Registration
8:45 am .................... Welcome: Representative Skip Berrien, retired pediatrician
9:00 am .................... "Pizza" legislation
10:30 am .................. Break
10:45 - 11:15 am ...... Mock Hearing #1
11:15 - 11:25 am ...... Break
11:25 - 11:55 am ...... Mock Hearing #2

 
Tour of the NH State House & FREE lunch provided!
This event is open to any and all parents in the state of New Hampshire, invite your friends, bring your family members and spouses. All are welcome and encouraged!
