    Bringing the Protective Factors Framework to Life in Your Work - Durham

    April 7 and 21, 2018

    The Strengthening Families Framework identifies the characteristics that when present and robust in families, makes families stronger and child abuse and neglect less likely to occur.  Professionals who work with children are in a great position to promote these characteristics, called Protective Factors, through small but significant changes in how you approach your work. 

    Bringing the Protective Factors Framework to Life in your Work is a 7 module training that gives real world examples of the strategies the Framework lays out to promote these important family characteristics.
