In July 2025, New Hampshire Children’s Trust (NHCT) convened staff and board members for a two-day Adaptive Strategic Planning Retreat. Following the retreat, NHCT analyzed statewide child and family data, and hosted Community Partnering Sessions, "Listening to Build Strong Families ". These Listening Sessions were hosted in Manchester, Berlin, and virtually to ensure statewide participation.

During community partnering sessions, NHCT engaged 85 providers and caregivers over 7 hours, distributing 800 diapers, 75 personal hygiene items, and 66 toys and school supplies to support families.
