Imagine a New Hampshire where every father feels connected, confident, and equipped with the tools to build a safe, healthy, and thriving family. Empowering Fathers Across New Hampshire is a new statewide program dedicated to making that vision a reality, helping dads be the best they can be for themselves, their children, and their communities.
Empowering Fathers Across NH is a free program for fathers and father figures age 18+ with children ages 0-24. Programs are offered in communities across New Hampshire, with multiple cohorts available throughout the year.
The evidence is clear- when fathers are positively involved in their child’s life:

Children and families flourish - Studies consistently link father involvement to better cognitive, social, emotional, and behavioral outcomes for children

Caregiving responsibilities are shared more evenly - Greater father engagement supports a more balanced distribution of childcare responsibilities

Families and communities become stronger - Father involvement is associated with stronger family relationships
Despite this, fathers across the Granite State have historically had limited access to dedicated funding, support, and resources.
Empowering Fathers Across New Hampshire is working to change that.
Empowering Fathers Across New Hampshire is working to change that, by providing dads with the skills, support, and resources dads need to thrive at home, at work, and in their communities.
Participants in Empowering Fathers Across NH will have opportunities to:

Connect with other dads in a supportive environment

Participate in 24:7 Dad® workshops focused on parenting, communication, and relationship skills

Receive individualized goal-setting and resource support

Strengthen financial and employment readiness

Access free resources through our Economic and Concrete Supports program, including diapers, wipes, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and more

Earn gift cards for participating in workshop sessions
