Mark Knights, recipient of the “Social Impact” award, is a member of Nixon Peabody’s
Government Investigations & White-Collar Defense practice. He represents individuals and businesses in matters involving federal and state laws, maintains an active pro bono practice, and serves as vice chairperson of the New Hampshire Children’s Trust. Mark is currently leading a team that joined a proposed class action lawsuit against the New Hampshire Department of Health and Human Services for its mismanagement of a Medicaid Waiver program that provides at-home services to disabled adults and seniors.
