STANDARDS OF QUALITY VIRTUAL TRAININGS
Based on the Principles of Family Support Practice and the Strengthening Families Framework, the Standards have created a common language across different kinds of Family Strengthening and Support programs such as Family Resource Centers, home visiting programs, and child development programs.

PROGRAM
Rooted within NH’s Family Resource Centers, Kinship Navigators link grandparents and other relative caregivers to the services and supports specific to their family’s needs.
Kinship Navigation Program services are entirely FREE, VOLUNTARY, and completely CONFIDENTIAL. Thankfully, Kinship Navigators are easy to access through the Family Resource Center nearest you.
